Sunterra Outdoor and the BBQ Pit Boys manufactures affordable heavy duty wood burning BBQ Smokers, and Grills that use either charcoal or wood as beginning fuel sources. Our BBQ Smokers are manufactured in welded 3/16" gauge steel or with 11 gauge steel construction and are fully loaded with great features like 1200 degree heat resistant paint with UV protection and durable steel shelves. Superbly crafted, the damper draft control system produces excellent results whether you are a new or seasoned grill master. For any type of gathering, the Sunterra Outdoor wood and charcoal burning smokers will provide an enjoyable experience for any grillmasters smoking event! Also, while visiting Sunterra Outdoor Products, don't forget to look over our Santa Maria Grills, a must have addition to oxidative cooking in your backyard cooking pit! Remember, "It's all in the fire!"
Sunterra Outdoor's mission is to manufacture precision crafted heavy-duty outdoor cooking equipment. Our products made with heavy gauge steel construction are fully loaded with many features. We apply a high temp wet paint with UV protection to all of our products that will resist heat up to 1200° F without fading or peeling.
Even with the premium metals and paint used, we urge everyone to keep Sunterra Outdoor, or any cooking product for that matter, protected. We encourage everyone to store their cooking equipment under an overhang and covered, or at least covered and not exposed directly to the elements. Like most companies producing similar products, our heavy-duty grates are not painted to avoid chemical contamination to the cooking area. We apply a rust inhibitor to the grates that will help to evaporate any remaining residue when you first fire your grill product. It is very important to season all grates and trays with a cooking type spray or oil before and after cooking great meals. Especially before your first use. Not only will seasoning help prevent rust, but will also make the cleaning process easier as well. Please refer to our BBQ Tips and Techniques section for instruction.
Simply, "Quality materials along with a great maintenance program will yield great fun and results for a lifetime!" So get those barbecue shoes on and join us at the "Pit".
