Introducing our "New" Argentine Stainless Steel Grill Collection with a rear or side brasero (wood burning box) style barbecue grill.  A culinary tradition admired by backyard professional pit masters everywhere. Our line up offers a customary side brasero concept, or a newer rear brasero design. Embers can be spread forward under the V-channel grates.  The Argentinian style of cooking allows the pit-master to control the heat from the glowing embers without the risk of overcooking. The charcoal / wood fire, fueled by woods that add flavor such as red oak, pecan, apple, cherry, hickory, are all masterfully combined with the amazing ability of Argentine style cooking by turning out truly awesome food.

Functional Style

All of our Stainless Argentine Rear brasero grills are heavy duty in construction. Using 304 gauge stainless steel & fire brick for the side walls, as well as (3/16") heavy gauge material for the grill base floor. Our design offers a new standard for construction and heat dispensation that will offer a long-lasting product and hassle-free barbecuing. All Sunterra Outdoor grills feature ceramic fire bricks that create heat retention and distribution on the side walls, and fire brick floor.

The stainless-steel grills are currently available in 36", 48" and 60" non cart versions for drop in configuration, as well as a cart version. The 36", 48", 60" style is offered in a single grate design. Additionally, we also make available a 48" and 60" dual grates with double fly wheel assembly configuration. Due to the robust construction and weight of our grills, we suggest an HD Caster and Tire upgrade, available in RED or GRAY and either 6" or 8" size. Simply, the grills are easier to move.

For cart systems, a NSF tire package upgrade to GRAY will need to be purchased to become NSF Certified.
