The Paella kit setup... one or our newest additions is welded into the framework of our V-channel bracket support braces for our Santa Maria and Argentine grills. Simply lift off the grates, and drop in the pan. Convert back to an all V-channel setup simply by removing the pan and replacing with the grates. Versatile, designed to create flavorful dishes at your pit.
