Sunterra Outdoor offers one of the best Santa Maria BBQ Grills, a tradition recognized by backyard professional pit masters everywhere.

All of our Santa Maria BBQ grills are heavy duty in construction. By incorporating (3/16 inch) gauge steel & fire brick for the side walls, including (3/16 inch) heavy gauge material for the grill base floor, our design offers a unique standard for construction and heat dispensation that will provide a long-lasting product and hassle-free barbecuing. Our larger sizes reflect a (1/4 inch) heavy gauge material for the grill base floor. All Sunterra Outdoor Santa Maria grills feature ceramic fire bricks that create heat retention and distribution on the side walls, and fire brick floor.

The Santa Maria grills are available in many sizes in both cart and non cart versions. We offer all styles of Santa Maria BBQs in either single or dual grates and hand crank configurations that lift or lowers the grill grates over the coals to the desired distance from the heat producing outstanding results.

* Color choice for Flywheel, Sprocket, Brake and Spindle - either Red or Charcoal finish. Or stainless steel upgrade. 

The standard V-channel grate offered by Sunterra are made of steel, typically chosen by chef's due to the grates heat transfer performance and simply the food cooked on seasoned grates tastes better. 

Sunterra will on the original purchase exchange the steel grates with a stainless upgrade. Please call to discuss and for pricing.

Due the robust construction and weight of our grills, we suggest a HD Caster and Tire upgrade available in RED or GRAY and either 6" or 8" size. Simply, the grills are easier to move.
