I was looking for a superior quality offset smoker that would last me a lifetime. I found that with the Denali. I absolutely love this smoker! It's so easy to maintain temperatures high or low. I've maintained
temps as low as 130 degrees. I smoked and dehydrated beef jerky using a non stick frog mat placed on top of the grates. I've made summer sausage without any issues. Larger things like pork shoulder, chicken or brisket no problem!
The heat is displaced so evenly from the firebox to the smoke stack. This smoker truly exceeded my expectations. You may worry about the shipping....Don't. It came built into a shipping crate that was incredibly sturdy. The delivery driver told me he never saw one packaged so well. Probably the best thing I ever bought besides my truck!
